Refund policy

At ThirtyDots, each piece is thoughtfully made with comfort and care in mind. Due to hygiene considerations, we do not offer refunds in any form. However, we do provide a 1-to-1 exchange under specific conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Exchange

Exchanges are only accepted under the following circumstances:

- The item received is defective, damaged, or faulty upon arrival

- The item received is incorrect from what was ordered

All exchange requests must:

- Be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order

- Involve items that are unworn, unwashed, unused, and unaltered

- Include original tags, packaging, and hygiene liners intact

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.

 

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-exchangeable:

- Goods that have been worn, washed, or tried on

- Items marked as sale, discounted, or final sale

- Gift cards or promotional items

Change-of-mind exchanges, size issues, or preference-based requests are not accepted.

 

1-to-1 Exchange Policy

Approved exchanges are strictly on a 1-to-1 basis:

- Same product, same design, same colour, same size

- No upgrades, downgrades, or item changes are allowed

- No refunds, store credits, or cash alternatives will be provided

If the same item is unavailable, our team will contact you to discuss the next steps.

 

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact us via email at thirtydots.cs@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and include:

- Your order number

- Clear photos or videos showing the issue

- A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 working days.

 

Exchange Shipping

If the exchange is approved due to a defective or incorrect item, ThirtyDots will cover the return shipping cost. For all other cases, shipping fees are borne by the customer.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
